Refund Policy

1. Lodge Owner Subscriptions

• Basic Plan (₹299/month) — No refund after listing goes live
• Standard Plan (₹499/month) — No refund after listing goes live
• Premium Plan (₹899/month) — No refund after listing goes live

Refunds may be considered in these cases:

• Technical error causing double payment
• Payment deducted but listing not activated within 48 hours
• Service unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days

2. Boost Listing Payments

• Boost payments are non-refundable once activated
• If boost fails to activate due to technical error, full refund within 7 working days

3. Ad Campaign Payments

• Ad campaign fees are non-refundable once approved and live
• If campaign is rejected by admin, full refund within 7 working days

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at admin@shivamoggalodges.com
• Subject: Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Payment ID]
• Include your Razorpay Payment ID and reason

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds processed within 7 working days
• Refunds credited to original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
